I have a web site that's mostly finished. I just need someone to finish the rest of the administrative panel and some things on the front end. I really don't know anything about php, apache, and mysql. I know a little html. I just specialize in SEO and online marketing. Anyways, the current developer is taking far too long on the site and is not maintaining proper communication with me.
