.net or .us - cast your vote!

I'm researching if .US has gained more value then .NET domains.

Some questions:

1. Does the value depend on the type of domain. Will technology, or financial domains be worth more in .net or in the .us extension?

2. Will one be worth more than the other extension in the future?

It would be interesting to know your opinions!

That said, .us has it's place; however, I think .tv get's far more exposure.

Agreed; however, from an acceptance standpoint, .tv is beating even .net & .us in the retail space hands down here in the us.

just want to say

probably 70%+ of all .us domains are most likly owned by resellers/domainers

in the .net very little most are developed sites

its like saying is .com better than .biz ?

Well seeing where NET has been out for 10 plus years and >US only out for 16months net does have a little head start if the question even has to be asked then NET has some problems:-D
