Yes, Ed. Sort of taking the lead into a licensed appraiser. I know, very little will change in the next 20 years and beyond if someone does not alter the fact that domain names are not just about traffic and revenues.
ND providing detailed traffic metrics and payments based on geo clicks is a good start.
Please take it to the next level. To rely purely on traffic/revenues is not the answer. Domain name valuation based purely on what the seller wants and buyers can pay is not a basis for this industry going forward either.
I don't have all the answers, but powers that be have done little to change course.
I'd like that the industry create an official licensed appraising body. It will do much good. This is what I was alluding to.
