New Platinum invite NOT working - please help

Mods, or Tech Support,

I don't like to post this here, but New Platinum Invite for username: PapaSean is not activated.

Ticket has been submitted and no reply. This would not be an issue if at least a reply was sent to the ticket. So far nothing.

Please help.
