Most domains will never sell, assume this is the likely scenario.

Call it a dramatic example if you must, but it's like playing a slot machine. Most spins don't win, but some do. The key is to keep spinning. Because every domain that you register is another opportunity to profit.

Now I want you to let me have it, was that a good / bad call? I am really feeling the rush that comes with domain purchase and development but not fully trusting my assessment skills yet.

It was a good call. If you don't know what to do with it yet, then it was a good call. Always fight against 'feeling the rush' because that feeling will get you in trouble.

If you don't fully trust your assessment skills then it's a sign to do a bit more research/studying before purchasing too much. I and many others have wasted a lot of money learning the hard way.

Better safe than sorry? I'm kind of a wuss who doesn't like to gamble so I tend to go with my head over my guts.
