Yeah it is very long but very descriptive
Easy to remember though
Just have to find the right buyer -as with all domain names

The "state" bit doesn't help it, but I see where you are coming from - I have newyorklocation.com - I think both our names would appeal to people in the real estate sector, but they will both need marketing.
