WTF! I thought anti snipping rule was in effect? Don't we have five minutes from the last post?

You already announced the winner. You cannot retract now because a bid was placed AFTER you marked as sold

You didn't notice? You announced me as the winning bidder at $60. That is binding by the forum regulations. Sorry, but the sale has been concluded at $60 as per your post which you edited to attempt to extend the auction. When you post that the domain is sold, you cannot retract that.

I trust that I do not need to get any moderator involved here? When you declared the auction over and me as the winner at $60, that is binding. That cannot be retracted

Since you know the rules so well, you should also realize that the auction cannot be declared over until the time after the anti snipping rule has passed. And you should have brought that to the attention of the OP.

The anit snipping rule states that five minutes is added to the last bid.
