So back in 2003, I weighed a good 130 lbs, then I discovered a computer, stocks and domains, plus developing web sites, etc.. Well long story short, I now weigh 172lbs.. I came down from 257 lbs. I am thinking of creating a FREE & I think useful site where people can find time management, some dieting tips and ways to work out while sitting on your tushie.

Can anyone give suggestions of how they track time management, useful dieting tips, exercises?

How are you coping with being a serial domainer?

All input is welcome!

Easy, don't eat "American food", do sports on a regular basis, and have sex.

Get a dog! :) I have a 7 year old Jack Russel Terrier and she takes me out every day hiking, fishing, walking in the parks etc. If it wasn't for her I would simply rot here in my office chair.

Get a dog! :) I have a 7 year old Jack Russel Terrier and she takes me out every day hiking, fishing, walking in the parks etc. If it wasn't for her I would simply rot here in my office chair.

Same here :)
I walk with my dog 1 hr after lunch and 1 hr after dinner in the park...this is the only exercise I do.

I eat american food, I drink beer and wine, I smoke but I'm skinny because my mind runnin' fast lol

Error: sex is the first exercise, the dog is the second! :lol:

Walk with a dog is beautiful because you go out from internet for a while and relax your mind walkin in the nature...

It's easy to LOSE weight when domaining takes over your life, as your nervous system stays in high gear and your fingers get a constant aerobic workout. Meanwhile, you dispense with irrelevant actions like eating & sleeping ...

Get a Swiss Ball, and use it as your desk chair for a couple hours a day. I do, and can tell you it definitely helps to burn calories while you work. It works by activating your core stabilizer muscles, but not so much so that you can't perform your daily duties.

i think we are living parallel lives lol

although i sometimes have been known to combine all of the above on a saturday night................

drink, beer, wine, vodka, smoke, and have sex................. with a dog :smilewinkgrin:

but not the canine variety :-#: :smilewinkgrin:

agreed 100%.i do push ups daily,sex daily, and i don't always work sitting down.i get up from my chair when i'm calling potential buyers.then in the afternoon i hit the weights.

I have an idea. Let's start a website where we sell bricks for $100 a pop and call them 'exercising logs'. People can be on the computer while lifting with their hands and legs.

Ok. Then we'll charge $50k for market up. Now...how do we justify the cost? Oh! I know. We can dip them in holy water and called them "Holy Blessed Exercising Logs". The advertising tag can be: "Holy Blessed Exercising Logs: If you lose weight, it'll be our miracle!"

Another way to do exercises...listen hip hop music when you domaining.
Your head still moving for hrs.

I'm thinking of raising my monitor and keyboard enough so that I can stand instead of sitting. I could then have a high seat chair for part time use and maybe also use a stepper or tread mill from time to time while at my desk.

Of course this shouldn't take the place of a 3 mile walk (or jog) every day.

Get a bike and go for a ride daily.
I do 6-10 miles a day except for Sat or Sun, depending on schedule.

Also walk everywhere you can. Leave the car at home if you're only going a mile or less.
If you do drive park in the lot farthest from the entrance.

Get a set of dumb bells (or bricks :D) ) just pick them up a few times a day, while the coffee brews, the food is beling delivered, or sitting infrot of the tube/screen.

Oh and the big one is FOOD. Get lots of fresh veggies and fruits in your diet, cut out the soda, chew gum and get on a regular sleep schedule..routine matters when it come to weight control.
