Or you could just get out and....do stuff. :disappointed: Shocking! I know. Please don't hate me.

Right on... Getting out is what a lot of heavy computer users don't do, It's important to lead a active life, not just physically but mentally as well, And if your Married it's even more important.

There was a time when I couldn't get off the computer, but I broke the nasty habit, Now I don't spend more than 2 hours on it without getting up and doing other things, Like spend quality time with my kids and with friends, I also volunteer my time to a couple charities and organizations, and when I'm not doing that, I have a part time job where I'm on my feet from the time I clock-in to when I clock-out... Maybe that's why I cant get past 95 lbs.

Balance is good. Indulgence, in anything, is neglectful. Gotta be careful not to end up like this people.

So back in 2003, I weighed a good 130 lbs, then I discovered a computer, stocks and domains, plus developing web sites, etc.. Well long story short, I now weigh 172lbs.. I came down from 257 lbs. I am thinking of creating a FREE & I think useful site where people can find time management, some dieting tips and ways to work out while sitting on your tushie.
Weren't you a teacher?

Goog, "time blocking". It takes discipline but you`ll be rewarded if adhered to.

Can anyone give suggestions of how they track time management, useful dieting tips, exercises?

How are you coping with being a serial domainer?

All input is welcome!

if you're as hooked as it sounds like you are, find some friends in your town that are also domainers / web developers and plan to meet with them and go for walks or runs or work outs together so you can discuss business and get your exercise at the same time.
