read this email this guy sent to me when i was trying to sell my enom account i sold it to him on ebay but i did not accept payment because i did not agree on how he was going to pay me now he says he can sue me lol.

Well, I gave you till 5pm. No feedback was left, and
no apology. No Enom account with $60.00 in it.

As far as caught in a lie. You entered into a legal
and enforceable contract by placing the account on
Ebay. I have purchased it and has reasonable
expectations that I would receive income from the
account.

You are liable for the lost income, as well as
verifiable expenses I now have because I do not have
the account.

I curently have 328 domain names that I was to
transfer to the $6.95 account that are in a $8.95
account. You are legally liable for $656 for these
accounts. As well as the $60.00 that you claimed was
in the account.

Please be aware that I have filed 8 breach of contract
suits in the state of Arizona for similar cases and
have won each one. Even though you are not located in
my state, this will not stop me from recovering the
funds you have cost me.

I will be filing tomorrow. BTW, you were unsuccessful
in hiding you true identity from me, and can expect a
lein to be filed on all of your domain names with in
the month. Including HostThru.com.

Dumbass. You should not screw over attorneys.

unless he insisted on paying you via a method that wasn't listed as an acceptable payment method, he can indeed sue you. ebay auctions are legally binding contracts. its highly unlikely he will. he is just being a retard, it is highly unlikely he would spend 15,000 dollars on a breach-of-contract suit.

don't listen to this derek fellow, he is incorrect. If the buyer is willing to fulfill the terms of the auction, then you are legally obliged to sell. he can indeed sue you.

a lien is a legal term that involves holding an asset owned by someone until that person pays you back what you owe you. domains are not currently considered property assets, so it would be absurd and unlikely that he would be able to accomplish that.

I called him up and I was like so "Whats going on?" he was like there is no reason to talk about it. He kept saying all my information is fake and etc.. I was like dude come to my house if you think its fake. Yea I agree on my phone number not being correct because that was are old phone number and we had it changed.

This is one of those types that just likes to get rich by sueing everyone he can think of (sued 8 people before). This is not about his or your rights at all, just the "sue-and-get-rich-quick" thing that almost only happens in the USA. Sad to see people misuse Justice like this...
If you said in your auction that you can accept checks, then I wouldn't insist on PayPal.

Erm... Anyone can sue anyone for anything. That's the US.
The question is more whether he will win or not.

If you said you would take a personal check, then, IMHO, you should take the check. You should be allowed to wait until you receive the check, and cash it with the funds getting into your account before you complete the trasnfer of the enom account to him.

I'm no lawyer. ;-)
