Hi,
anybody has a contact with Onlinenic.com?
I've got a domain name that expired yesterday there, and I'm unable to access my admin panel to renew it.
I've snapped the domain through Snapnames and it has been registered with Onlinenic.com.
I've never received the codes and sent a bunch of emails to the support, but their server does not accept my emails. I always receive a message such as this one.

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
My webmaster tried to contact them also, but, although she uses a different provider in a different country than me, she also was unable to get any answer from them.
I tried to contact the support and livechat, but the person who answered (Steven) is really a nightmare. I spent 20 minutes speaking with a wall. He has not been helpful at all and I'm not sure he understands anything. He refused to send me the codes and even any contact with the company where I could complain.
A contact with this registrar (not by email, for some reason they can't be accepted from my server, and they accept only emails with the whois address) will be much accepted.
