Just want to get an opinion on domains that Could be a possible trademark violation. Does anyone own any you don't have to list them if you do or ever think about buying a domain that could be? Just wondering

For instance the domain name could be ... "MovieName" or "CharacterName" Items.com

I would avoid potential TM domains like the plague. I paid 5 figures in damages once early in my career for a domain that had earned me less than $100. There are plenty of other domains and other routes to monetisation. Many people believe that if things go wrong they can always hand the domain over or attempt to get it deleted - this does not work if someone is intent on suing you.
However if you think it's a *possible* tm violation and, for some reason, you want it and have no intention of trading in the same area as the tm then consult a lawyer. Paying to get someone legal to look into it can save you potential fortunes in the long run.
Remember UDRP and domain disputes are totally irrelevant if you are dragged to court to face a legal suit.

5 figures in damages... Whoa.
I want reading about trademark infringements and was surprised to learn that even certain seemingly generic phrases or words have been trademarked like TradeMe. i would have registered that as innocently as a baby if it were available. I also didnt know that android is trademarked and I thought its an english word to describe a robot with an advanced artificial intelligence.
To new domainers like me, read a lot, network on forums, events and as RobM said, "dont be cheap. Get legal advice if in doubt."
Okay maybe RobM didn't say that verbatim but, you get my point...
