Opinions about OrderBox-directi

I'd like to know your opinions about OrderBox, the software used by registrars as Directi. Do you like it? Is it user friendly? What about the API?

I don't know about from a registrars point of view, but as a user I find it one of the most confusing and overly complicated systems I've ever experienced! I actually had to pay someone on here to talk me through using it because after about 1 hr of trial and error I still couldn't figure it out for myself.
