Optimization help available at namedrive?

Hi,

I've got a dozen typo domains parked at namedrive. Currently on decent traffic I'm experiencing a ctr of less than 1.5% and an average ppc of 4 cents. Does namedrive offer consulting help to educate this newbie on maximizing my investment?
