Actually, guys, I don't understand WHY Atillio is still holding the domain name? He said by phone to me:
"I will send you the cash or will transfer back the domain name"
His breaking his words right now, and that's the main point. Did he tell me that he'll take it for some "unknown thoughts" that can appear in his head?

winfreecash: im trying to dial him now
But I'd like to ask you - why didn't you answer my question? What rights can make Attillio hold a domain name now?
Let's say I came to you to buy a car. Ferrari let's say. I took it for a ride to see how good does it fit my driving needs. When I came to home, I picked up the phone and told you: "I think that it's not your car, I'm going to get all info about it and only then I will notify you possibly. Time passes and he disappears from phone even. What will you do in this situation? Call police or trying to get him whenever he is?

If you test drove a stolen car I was trying to sell, I would deserve to lose it.

opencg, why don't you write to GoDaddy and let them know the domain is in dispute...show them a link to this thread and request that they lock the domain.

That is the point that is being missed - the name was obtained by fraud - and just like the receiver of any stolen goods - you lose.

'scuse me, but am I the only one who noticed the above-posted telephone number?

"Hello? Sonny's Pizza? Could you please send over a few hundred pizzas to the following address ...?"

(Sorry, couldn't resist the moment.)

1. I don't see any1 of you guys telling anything real about the situation I just described and facts I showed.
2. I already mailed some letters to GoDaddy - they tell that the domain name can't be return on ANYthing happening, cause when it's passed to another account - it's not mine already

Well, I think we should have the FBI call the KGB and have this all resolved.

It is interesting in the writing styles of OpenCG and DomainP...Both very very similar. Hmmmmm.

Once again...Where is the orignal owner?
Why so quiet?
Losing that name and the money doesn't bother you?

Step up if all is as seems you might be able to get your name back. If you don't have a problem with the sale of the name as it has progressed, state that and let attilio buy the name knowing its free and clear....then we can end this thread :p

Nothing personal John...LOL

So you think it's ok to break the law as long as the person breaking the law thinks it's objectively right?

That's a very interesting view of the world.

I guess you would support poor people stealing as long as they are doing it to feed their hunrgy children?
