Heh guys, I'm just curious.
I think I could avoid all problems if I sold the domain using escrow - is it so?

Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable.

Will this thread ever end?

Atillo, you have my sympathy. You got intertwined with real scumbags here. Do not let them intimidate you. As with most bullies, I am certain they are nothing but lies and hot air. They are truly pathetic and have no power in real life. They are con artists and will live lonely, empty, meaningless lives.

Domainp and Opencg, your words here defy any sense of logic. You are criminals who got busted, yet continually threaten the victim of your scam for holding you to account. You will be banned from this forum without a doubt for the threats you have posted. Wouldn't you be lucky if that is as far as your punishment went.

Opportunity Magic, I wish you the best of luck in getting your domain back. I am sure you have learned a very valuable business lesson from all of this.

I think I have wasted enough of my time here. I will be spending the rest of my life somewhere other than in this thread.

there must be alot of teenagers here screaming scam and PM'ing threats to me i have all the names on file I wont post the names but you know who you are.

also since so many beleive the atllio should have this property in his hands and many say he is a good guy there is a chance that he will then return the name to the person who it belongs to whether its jh3 domainp opmagic opencg or if he decides to hide and stay missing perhaps then he will look like the theif he will be the judged properly maybe someone will come out of no where and blaim him for thief of the name because if atillo intentions were good and he is such a great guy its true he would be contacting everyone who owned the domain and try to get to the bottom of this but he failed to pay he fail to show his face and he is failing to contact people and his phones and whois info is failing also so whats the tempature now I have thugs PM'ing with threats and cursing at me saying Im never getting the domain.

Well the domain doesn't belong to me, I am pretty sure of that.

Opencg, how about you allow the domain to be returned to it's rightfull owner Alan then you work out the sale with him? Doesn't this seem easy enough? This way you will be dealing with the true owner of this domain name. This way you take out the middle man (thief) and then you are no longer dealing with a crook.

Atillo hands the domain over to OpMagic.
DomainP disappears into the night as he recieved this domain illegally and has no ownership of this domain.
OpenCG and OpMagic discusss the possibility of a sale.

Seems easy enough?

Now we are getting somewhere.

Artillo are you going to hand the domain back to it's original owner?

OpMagic, would you consider a valid sale to OpenCG?

"except for maybe using the UDRP system"

There is no trademark claim. The UDRP is irrelevant to this situation. (yes, there was one case involving a theft, but it was an instance of one panelist deciding to bend the rules)

No sir I am not Atillio and have no connection to him what so ever. I have never even sold him a domain.

I would just like to see justice served and the right person walk away with their property. Once OpMagic has his domain back then you are free to purchase it from him and you wont have all these issues surrounding the purchase.

"ok"

Oh, yes, notice that opencg thinks that jh3's plan is just fine. Funny how he is no longer concerned about that $3K he "paid" to domainp.

btw, the "trust account" idea posted earlier strikes me as a very good one.

"Why would opencg pay for the domain twice??"

Good question, Top. The obvious answer is because he hasn't paid for it once.

And, to Allen, whatever the outcome, I hope you have learned something about structuring a domain transaction. This entire situation could have been easily avoided.

No...but you do realize that JH3's solution has you paying the original owner money in addition to the 3K you "paid" domainp.

Ken, I am pretty sure I have posted a few times OpenCG hasn't paid. I figure this is all water under the bridge and we should just get this whole ordeal over with.

Domainp
you want to speak with me in peace and instead of explain how do you got the domain you threat me to send a killer to kill me?

You will get nothing this way but that I will forward your threats to the local police providing them the contact info you sent me.

If you bought the domain by the person who then cancelled the echeck and it is actually defrauding Allen Goldberg why you do not simply say that and let us know how much you paid for it?

If this is the case then I am quite confident that the original owner would consider to compensate in some way your loss if I will give back the domain to him.

Opencg,
did you alreday paid domainp or not?
I have not clear that.

I do not claim any right on the domain and I do not want a single penny nor medals to give it back to the legiimate owner.

Opportunitymagic claim he is the original owner and that he has been defrauded of the domain by Wen, he is showing proof of that and he say is going to notice his local police.

Opportunitymagic say he is willing to discuss all option and I would be glad in give the domain back to him if all parties are fine with that.

Thanks,
