Overture's tool 100% dead

I am planning to work on the SEO of several sites I have, so I have a bunch of keywords I need to check.
For the last hour or so Overture's tool page is dead... I mean totally dead, no way on earth to get to it.

They really need to work on a way to solve that. Before it used to be just a few minutes at peak hours, now it is 1am and the site is down.

well.. overture has been having problems for quiet sometime now with the suggestion tool but i really hope they bring it back soon, meanwhile you can use google's adwords keyword suggestion which is not all too bad either

I wouldnt be surprised if they made this tool only available to their advertisers. It would seem like the smart thing to do since all the domainers/SEO freaks tend to kill the tool with requests and stupid bulk scripts.

Thanks, but I don't whant to look for keywords, I already have a bunch, what I want to do is check at overture which ones are the popular ones. I don't want to optimize my page for a keyword that gets 5 searches each month.

I thought this was just a brief downtime, but I guess not, the page is still dead. I wouldn't mind paying a monthly fee to use their service, why don't they come up with a solution for this?

They didn't have these problems until they started banning people, which makes me think the amount of processing power used to process the blacklist is doing more harm than good.

it's not the end of the world guys.. in my opinion, overture is way overrated.... if its gone for good then its a shame.. but.. we'll be just fine without it

i just tried it and it worked ok on the keyword search and bids/ maybe just a temporary glitch due to overload?
