How its can be stolen from Godaddy ?
If it will be possible to steal direct from godaddy i can guarantee what all good domains will be stolen.

Need to be a butt head to loose domains from account as i am sure there are no bugs in gd system at all

I had several taken last year on 'black friday' of all things. Fortunately, I noticed and checked the many cancellation notices that I got. I do let domains expire intentionally too but you need to look at these. After the hacker moves the names to his account, it is 60 days till he can move them to another registrar. You likely will get your names back if you let Go Daddy in particular know of the problem. The biggest mistake that my guy made is that he decided to pull about 30 domains. If he had pulled just 'Art.US' (one the he got for awhile) he may have gotten to keep it if I wasn't looking. After 60 days, you probably have lost your name forever. Now, do you still hate that 60 day transfer rule??

why can't the reg's provide special (secured) accounts for high valued domains - where the domainer has a special code or direct contact has to be made to make any transfers?

if I had a domain like that, not only would I be guarding it 24/7 but I would find this service offering:

Obviously, there needs to be a premium service for those premium value domains that required voice print technology approving the transfer. The recording of vocal digital signature and source IP, home phone and/or webcam requirement should be a basic feature for domains in the $160,000 and $200,000 range.

agreed. but when you have a large portfolio missing one or two could go unnoticed for a while. registers should offer extra security precautions for high valued dn.
