If you created an account today, then you received an email from us. If you received the activation email then you should be able to request your password from us without any problems.
I tried to find your username in our system, but based on the little information I have from her, I wasn't able to find anything. And I wasn't able to find any emails you sent to us requesting a password.
I'll be on the road for about 12 hours today heading home, but i'll check my email and private messages a few times and I'll see if I can help you when I'm online.
Normally your account manager would help you, but since I don't know who that is, I'll see what I can do.
