Well, i dont know if you read my prev post on paypal taking my account with $6k and limiting it....

(they said they would release it and send me a cheque,,, which i still dont have)

Today i just checked my email, guess what, paypal.us is now captured in my godaddy backorder along with bidpay.us :)

What am i going to do with paypal.us?

Well i am going to write my whole story, upload all my conversations, scan all my evidence so people can see why paypal is such a fraud.

ummm....not the best idea, i think u may just piss them off and rip you off of $6k, i suggest you wait a little more and call them, if worst comes to worst, get a lawyer and sue them, but dont publically do anything that can get you in trouble wiht a tm issue domain...

and most likely you will get an email from PayPal in the next month (or less now) ... I registered PaypalIt.com ... thought it would be a great directory for companies that accept Paypal as payments. Well ... they didn't think so! :)

You definitely like walking on the wild side.

I thought it was a lot of chutzpah when you registered
csite.net and had the nerve to register it thru Godaddy
who has the trademark on c-site.

However, Registering PayPal.us to criticize PayPal.com will definitely
get your name in the trade journals.

I hope they give you back the $ 6,000 so you can apply it towards
your legal fees.

arent 'sucks' type of sites allowed?
you should go to paypalsucks.com and post your problems there, it will get a wider audience.

Stupidity reaching new levels. And rest assured, GoDaddy will be the ones actually taking the domain away from you at the first complaint of Paypal.

This will not go well for you my friend. I was told once by a good friend to choose your battles wisely. You need to heed that advice as well. Go post a message on some forums...or create a blog. Paypal.us you can say goodbye to.

He is correct. Someone owned it from 02 - 05.
Why doesn't he own it now?
Maybe, he got tired of the threats. Or, did he agree to let it drop?

Paypal owns .com and .biz
Ebays lawyers have the info.
The .net and .org are the same owner. And, not an active site.

Maybe, PayPal/Ebay will ignore his ownership?

Maybe, they don't care?

I think it is a good idea for him to make it into a complaint site.
I'm sure there are many people that would like to post their dissatisfaction
with PayPal and Ebay on his site.

Should he put a google ad on the site to cover his administrative expenses? :-D

What possessed you to take this risk?

Simple risk vs. reward analysis, doesn't look very good for you at all

couldn't you get back your money for selling the domain?
how did you manage to get this domain with godaddy, their backorder is really bad from my experience, they can't get 30 ovt domains.

To top off the fun, atthe first wiff of a WIPO domain dispute Godaddy will freeze the domain on you and charge you $30.00 for your inconvenience.
