If you refuse offers and the domain ends up dropping, you're a terrible business person and will fail in this industry. If you do that, you are the exact reason that this industry has such a bad name. Example:
1. You buy a domain for 10.
2. You are offered 100.
3. You refuse the 100 despite it being a 900% ROI/profit, and wait for that dream million dollar deal when Microsoft release a product with the exact same name as your domain.
4. That never actually happens, so after a year of not being used at all, the domain drops and another domainer picks it up and does exactly the same beginning at point
#1 again.
It's stubborn and deluded to operate in that way..
