Talk to the local chatters at IRC or mIRC. If the wars of takeovers and bans are still taking place, maybe someone has interest in creating a site about how to get back your chatting priviledges after you are banned from a channel.

Also, let us not forget advocacy groups who want to get banned substances back into legal territory. Ys, I kow a bit vague without the substance but has some power, similar to "legalize",

Someone may want to make a unique stament: "unban" the use of alcohol in my college campus.

Maybe its worth $50-$60 to the right person.
