But I think I found the seller's address or maybe wife/gf in the whois of one of the names in that listing

if he has it in the same server as that one name we know he has ("this domain is for sale check it out" and linking to domain.com/www.godaddy.com, I hate that), that would be the easy part, but, if not... Not much you can do.

The sellers reputation is in tatters yet after all this ther buyer still did not know what the domain was ?
