I don't want to disillusion you Sheva, but I know numerous non-Americans who've gone for treatment in the US as well as Switzerland. Medical care in the US is private, and unless you have medical insurance you will have to pay. Treatments can reach 100K+. They will also need someone to stay by their side. Good Luck!

I heard John's Hopkins is very good as well.

Yes, I have heard the same.

A couple other well known treatment centers:

Moffitt:
http://www.moffitt.org/

Henry Ford Health:
http://www.henryfordhealth.org/body.cfm?id=33700

Mayo Clinic:
http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-treatments/alphalist-c.html

I would do searches on patient reviews, success rates, specialities for each.

May God be with you.

The Mayo Clinic was the first thing that came to my mind though there are several good options being pointed out.

It has long been established that cancers as well as other growths & diseases thrive and spread faster in a state of acidosis, the higher your alkalinity (higher ph) the more resistant your body is to these states and the harder time cancers have surviving & spreading. People can raise their alkalinity with supplements like pure coral calcium which is very effective at doing so. Testing of their saliva almost always shows more acidic than normal conditions in very sick cancer patients. Fungal diseases & the very common & problematic systemic candida yeast infection cannot survive if you raise your alkalinity to a higher PH level. There is alot of research and science behind this...and it should definitely be looked into...

My research indicates this is true.

I do not want to make a recommendation of a clinic as I don't know who is the best, but I agree with maintaining an alkaline environment in the body.

I highly recommend a juice fast - with a great juicer. Store bought juice is acidic because of the pasteurization (heating) - so getting fresh organic fruit and vegetables is ideal - very alkaline.

If not a juice fast - then a steady flow of fresh lemonade should help eradicate the acidity in the body and promote an alkaline environment and make it more difficult for the cancer to spread. I have done three juice fasts of four or five days each and feel it is one of the best things we can do to naturally promote a strong immune system, clean out the organs and promote an alkaline body.

A chart like http://www.thewolfeclinic.com/acidalkfoods.html is helpful - many similar versions can be found online.

A combination of methods should be effective - and most importantly, imho - the will, the desires, the feelings, the motivation of the one with activated cancer to know they can/will/want to beat it. The mental mindset is as important as maintaining an alkaline body,

Sheva it seems like you have caught it early - and with great support and a balanced plan, recovery is eminent. Continue a safe recovery.

Please explore all your options including talking with qualified medical personnel and members on this forum who have had similar problems.

There is an incredible amount of info and support groups on the internet.

Money should not be an issue at this point.

The primary issue is getting the proper qualified help and the one specific to your needs.

The reason I say money should not be an issue is many of these institutions DO NOT make it an issue.

That may come as a shock to some, but there are so many exceptions to the money factor. Research institutions and Medical Schools are primary on this list as their endowments and grants are huge.

Some even provide temporary housing for families at no charge. Being with loved ones is a big factor associated with health and healing.

It has taken a long time to come around for US health in general, but I love what I seeing in regards to an open minded newer generation of doctors.

One more thought on lemon juice - when making lemonade avoid refined sugar and use brown sugar or honey as sweetener.

The information regarding the healing properties of lemon v cancer was found in a book that is a nice reference called 'back to eden'
