Please review my site JobBoard.org. What else can I add to it that will help job seekers?
How can I get more companies to post jobs? I am also interested in links. I announced
this on linkedin and facebook, and twitter. And put it in my DNF signature.

Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated, thanks for your time,

Added some more pages to the site, and am adding about 50 more pages in job categories.
After that the site will be 'done', with ocassional blogging to be done.

Hoping for some more advice? Posting in the thread is better than PM,
Can get some discussion - thanks!!!

*** Added a line near the top for 'green' type jobs, since my domain is a .org

As soon as I visited the homepage I felt overwhelmed. I would recommend cleaning up the header and footer. You have way too many links.
