It seems that each pm is counted against two quotas, the sender and the receiver? It seems that then someone with a larger quota that likes to save messages for awhile can adversely affect members with smaller quotas, or worse yet, they delete a message I wanted to save to free up some quota.
I suggest that the pm's stop being counted against both quotas, and instead go just against the receivers quota. In lieu of that I suggest the pm quotas be doubled.
