If you try to select a page of PMs by clicking on its checkbox, they are not selected anymore (at least, using Firefox). Yes, I can select ALL of the PMs in my mailbox but not a particular page's PMs (up to 50) like I was able to. Looks like a glitch from here.

Using Firefox 3.0.5, no tweaks.

So far the issue persists on both WinXP and Vista, with Firefox 2.x and 3.x

I have contacted vbulletin as it is an issue on their end with the lastest upgrade.

Our tech is also reviewing it to see if he can customize it to work.

Thanks

I have this problem with my vBulletin as well. You need to update your style so it works with vBulletin version 3.8. It's definitely a style template problem.

As I said before:

Hmm.

I enabled Firefox's Error console and I am getting this error when I click on a PM page's checkbox:

inlineMod_pms is not defined

No such errors occur when I click on individual checkboxes.Using Firefox 3.0.5

I fixed it on my own forum by reverting the style template called "pm_messagelistbit". Have your tech/developer check it out.

Can this recommendation be used on DNForum as well, please?

No, it's not fixed unfortunately. I cannot delete a whole date's worth of PM's by selecting that date's single checkbox.

I will follow up on Monday and see if Impactadmin has gotten an answer back yet.

I know it's Friday and everyone is taking a break from the crappy economy etc :D but we're heading towards 2 months of this broken feature. Please, take a look.

This past week I have tried reverting old templates back, then spoke to VB and they told me it was an issue with VBSeo causing it and we needed to patch it. Patched it even, though VBSeo said it wasn't the cause. The outcome, still back to square one and not working. I am sorry and just as frustrated with it as you!

Even though it is apparantly a problem which I have never noticed myself using IE7 (maybe because I do not get many pm's) am wondering why would the issue make someone not reply to important pm's and also use this issue as a reason for non-response? Maybe I am missing something?
