Thread updated to reflect current high offers as of 8:27 a.m.

The Sale ends today at 12 noon (U.S. Central). If you see anything you like, go for it now.

I will update the thread at the end of the sale to indicate which offers I have accepted.

Thanks.

***Time running out!***

I'll put a BIN of $2000 on digitalvideos.com, or the best offer in the next 10 minutes (from the stamp date on this post).

I did not forsee extending the offer process but it seems fair to do so in this case to make sure whomever is most interested in this domain is able to claim it.

***ALL OTHER OFFERS ARE FROZEN AT THIS TIME***

I will make my decisions based on offers that currently exist. Thanks.

$1760 on DigitalVideos.com -- if domain averages more than 10+ type-ins/day.

When I added "(from the stamp date on this post)" I meant the time stamp of when the post was modified. I understand how that was confusing and I appologize as I could have used more descriptive words.

My goal was only to allow the most motivated buyer to claim the domain. Next time I will not get involved in trying to run an automated offer session. A lesson learned.

I didn't say "I'll put a BIN of $2000 on digitalvideos.com, OR, I'LL ACCEPT THE HIGHEST OFFER IN THE NEXT 10 MINUTES"

The whole time, this was only an offer thread unless BINs were given.

These domains were not up for auction at any time, meaning that you just had to offer any price and then you won.

Once the offers were in, I considered them. I was not under obligation to accept offers that I received. If that were the case I would have used the Auction thread.

However, I am under obligation to accept BIN offers at any time, unless a previous contract was already entered into meaning that I'd have to have an accepted agreement with someone.

I understand the frustration if you don't win a domain at the price you want.

at 1:29 my offer was the highest offer.

I don't see how it could be any clearer than that. I was prepared to spend up to 3000 for this domain. But I followed the rules of your sale and you should too.

Negotiations are over. You did not buy this domain. So, please stop. If you have a complaint to make about me, then that's you're right, but take it to the correct thread.

I did not indicate I was running an auction here at any time. You thought I did. But my words did not state: "or, I will ACCEPT the highest offer within the next 10 minutes."

I stated "or, the best offer in the next 10 minutes." <--- which meant I will be considering that as an offer and I may or may not accept it.

I most likely would have accepted your offer, but I certainly didn't have to if I found it wasn't in my interest.

If you look carefully, you'll see that I showed the results of this sales thread, and there were indeed domains upon which I DID NOT ACCEPT offers. I understand that you thought I meant the "lowest offer will become the BIN" but I simply didn't state that. If you had questions you could have contacted me for clarification.

The rules of this thread were stated which I stated in the first post of this thread:

I am looking to sell the following portfolio. All offers will be considered. Please post your offer to the sales thread. PM me with any questions.

I never meant I will auction it off to you if nobody else sent a higher offer. I was still thinking about the offer, and it was just that -- an offer, it didn't turn into a BIN at the end of 10 minutes, nor did I say it would. That's what you fail to understand.

It's no surprise to me that you've had other issues since you seem to believe you can do business by guessing what people are thinking and meaning, even when the words are not there to support your conclusions.

And the whole newbie insinuation isn't even worth a response.
