Hi Guys,
I just wanted to wish you all a wonderful Christmas and a most prosperous New Year with your domain business.
I am not new to DNF having joined afew years ago,however I am now retiring from it all and starting to unload my 2000 domain name portfolio with many elite and aged domains for example oar(.)com pow(.)com nak(.)com weddingvows(.)com delegates(.)com pinup(.)com
organ(.)com goot(.)com ordaining(.)com discountstores(.)com and many more great names.
It is a little premature for me to start sending out individual lists and prices.
My domains are squeaky clean with age and I do not want to bust up the portfolio at this stage.
My goal is to target individual domain name investors that have genuine interest in seeking a unique portfolio of about 2000 small-medium to high level/elite domain names and is prepared to negotiate seriously, as time is important to all.
The current market valuations of domain names appears to be about 50% lower than what these domains were initially purchased for and over $700k USD during the past years.
The bottom line is here, that I am currently preparing the portfolio with all in detail with the intention of targeting serious investors that are qualified and in aposition to spend between $350-$400k USD for what will be acknowledged as a unique collection of great domain names.
