He was only on the ground in Dallas for 1hr 45min for the fundraiser.
The tickets were rumored to have cost $15k.
It was interesting to see, but I'm glad he's gone...

That was one less day he was signing unread, blank check bills that steal from all Americans and give to special interests. Instead, he was helping to steal from his niave supporters willing to pay to listen to old, tired communist ideals disguised as hope and change.

So, presidents can travel for party fundraisers at taxpayer's expense, you ask? Yep, giving an official speech in Texas between his political fund raising appearances allows taxpayers to pay rather than the party committees for most of the trip's costs.
