As of right now the private Platinum forum has 22 threads and 417 posts. The longer you put off getting a Platinum membership the more catching up you will have to do.

I can't see it so I don't know what I am missing, maybe thats a good thing.

Would you be able to give us a hint of what types of threads are being created in the Plat. only section vs the regular viewable to all sections?
