Your welcome, I am just sorry it took so long.
Luc had an emergency he was called away for.
To avoid this in future we will be setting up a forum board to service all our existing sites next week.
Each site will have a section similar to this:
Support for Domain-Retriever.com
and will be monitored by support staff all the time.
This will allow us to avoid these issues in the future.
