As has already been suggested by two people, SEDO will be very pleased to help you with your appraisal. I think they charge Euro 19 for the standard one and Euro 39 for the premium one.

Thanks, already done, I'm wating for their appraisal, but I'd like a second opinion as well.

Very true, it's worth the investment. By getting an appraisal at Sedo you are getting a none bias professional appraisal that you can use to back up your asking price to prospective buyers.

I disagree, I won't go into my reasons why tho as I don't wanna start a argument..

For something like this I would defo go proffesional and agree with Sedo.
