Reverse domain hijacking is a concern for all domain owners. But brands can lose, if the domain owner fights back (and if the domain owner has not infringed, through the type of website that was built).
I have an idea that might help; to read more, see my blog - Arkacia.com/blog.html
Now, if this is a good idea, then could we as a community here at dnforum, work together to get the USPTO to do this?
We could write letters and emails to the USPTO and see if they will consider some changes.
DNF is a big community. We could make a difference!
