For Sale Question on GoDaddy snaps

I don't forget to check the box and it happens to me, but maybe that could have triggered it in the past.

For our luck it's all ok now ... No matter what the real problem was, we can only hope the bug will not come back again because I need to replace snaps every day.

Unless the technical people do something to fix it - it will definitely be back. As I said it has been happening ever since I first use the service at the beginning of June. It has always been intermittent but lately when it occurs it remains broken for longer and longer periods of time.

Bad news - it's already broke again tonite. Can't switch any backorders for upcoming drops. I installed Netscape 7.1 and tried to use it - makes no difference whatsoever - still doesn't work. This is getting old.

Maybe ask godaddy to give you the same prices on your existing godaddy account at their main site, transfer the backorders there and see if you have any problems. Probably the only way to tell if the problem lies with the reseller accounts.

The problem was in effect late last night but cleared up in the AM hours in the EDST time zone (US east coast). It seems to come and go and is exasperating. The biggest problem is that it doesn't seem to matter much as I loose no matter what!!

The problem is with the main Godaddy.com site as well as resellers.
