Since i'am kinda new to this domain thing, Can someone tell me how long i have to wait to sell and transfer a domain after i register it? I use Godaddy to register most of my domains.

quiete a few require 60 days

You do not have to wait 60 days to sell the domain name. The domain name just can't be transferred away from GoDaddy for 60 days.

You can still sell the domain name, and it can be 'pushed' for free to another GoDaddy account at any time.
