I agree, the .biz is ok... 
As for value, I can quite easily see this name
selling for up to $3,000, to an end user who has
a development plan in mind.
What exactly might that 'development' be?
Well, any variation on the idea of businesses
selling price-reduced products and services,
is meritworthy development. And in that regard,
it may be thought of as a kind of 'soft' hack, if
indeed such a thing exists!
