Registering a Nameserver at NSI???

Does anybody know how to register a nameserver at NSI? I have searched the site with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated!

This is one of the biggest pains in the ass - as with everything else from Network Solutions :D

You must be the owner of the IP to be registered! In other words, your WEB HOST has to apply for it. Contact them with your request.
