moniker Renewal problems at Moniker

Is anyone else having problems renewing or registering at Moniker? It's been hours and I still cannot renew my domains.

I sent a support ticket but it may take a while to get a solution...

I really liked Moniker in the past, but I'm almost giving up.

I finally got a reply (from Marti) that they are aware and trying to solve this.

Update: hours later it's still impossible to renew domains. They fixed the login problem but registry operations still seem to have problems.

Nor is it fixed yet for us - and it is a day later. We've been trying to renew several names again for the past hour and nothing. We only get a hanging screen at Moniker.com.

The last time this happened, Moniker.com let us know that someone on their sister site snapnames placed a bid on the name we were trying to renew so Moniker would not let us renew nor would they let us redeem it.

Exactly, one day later I'm still unable to renew my domains. I gave them the list so that they could renew them manually, nothing was done.
I stressed until almost 2 AM, nothing.

Trying to sell a domain that isn't theirs yet? They move domains to the Pending Registrar Delete a lot sooner now, but WE still own the domains and have the right to renew them. At Godaddy you can even transfer them without issues and people complain about Godaddy? Moniker is where I get 99% of my headaches.

Update: Right now I cannot even load Moniker's homepage. I hope it is because they are working on these problems, but I'm so disappointed I no longer know.

Update 2: After a long downtime their website is again up. Logged in, tried to renew, no success. I got logged out automatically, tried to login, nothing... tried 4 more times, I managed to enter but no renewals yet. I give up, Moniker's system is broken for too long for a top registrar.

Here is the latest time travel notice from the Moniker site. It is officially "temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on Saturday, September 2, 2012 from 5:30pm until 9:30pm Eastern."

Scheduled maintenance... yeah, after all is broken (even if it started well before that and continue long after).

September 2nd 2012, eh? They try to cover the tracks of their own failure and can't even do that properly. This is appalling, again. We have been trying to get into our account for the last six hours, and nothing.

It will be a long haul to get get all our stuff away, but the writing is on the wall. It's not just the terrible service these days, but the risk that they will go under, taking us with them.

I've had issues before September 2nd, many more after that, but nothing like this... so many lost hours and stress...

Has anyone tried calling +1-503-241-8547 to renew names over the phone?
They MUST do some damage control here or they are going to be flooded with transfer out requests.
An email to clients and a monetary credit at the bare minimum.

Yesterday I created a support ticket with the list of domains to be renewed, the ticket was seen but they weren't... I contacted higher responsability people there with the list of domains to be renewed, no results... so over the phone there is little to no chance of having success.

All my domains have been renewed, I'm more relaxed again. I was always in contact with Samantha and Marti, they did help me.

Are domains transferring out ok, I have a few in escrow, buyer was pissed when they found they were at moniker, and they had to wait a week for a transfer. Now I don't even know if they will push out......

renewed few .coms and a .net

.org renewal failed twice
support ticket sent

heads up if needing to renew .org pronto you will have probelsm at moniker
