Let's get the .net and .org out of the way
RespiratoryMedicine.net will make a great consortium of respiratory specialists or institutions.
The exact word combo is the name of an international Journal
http://www.harcourt-international.com/journals/rmed/
In fact the Journal does not seem to have a home. Maybe they would want to buy the .org to house an online version of it.
About $500 or less each (.org is okay in medicine, and Medical Information Networks are cool, thus .net not a discard).
However, not as marketable to wealthy corporate practices who would go after the .com.
The .com should fetch over $1K or at least $750. what do others think?
