What you say is STRANGE:
Why not transfer the domain to an escrow account ONLY when you get the payment?
This way you can transfer the domain using the info of the buyer (you already have the money).
Acting like that you resolve the Moniker problem because the buyer will receive the email from Moniker with the transfer link to click.
As allways I am not only seeing my own convenience but try to improve the life of everyone having the same problem.
