Yeah, we tend to forget just how many more sellers than buyers there are, especially on a reseller based forum!!
It is very frustrating but that's life.

Nobody should really expect to get a good price on a forum and it should only really be a last resort to raise some finance after all pro-active enduser contacts have been exhausted.

Not necessarily talking about a "good price" but almost any price..

The best revenge is to sell domains noone wanted for $50 at forums for 100x+ times the amount.

Ah jezuz.. Lets hope that they used an alias in the negotiations and only bought it for similar money.

Hindsight is always great, I can;t blame you for turning that down. Thats a lot of money for what was by no means a dead cert.

It was actually the existing trademark from of Psion that scared me away. Now though, the term "Netbook" if fair game.

Its the ones that got away... not the good sales.

I had a few of these, but still I rarely regret selling anything, on the contrary I regret not selling most of my LLLL.com's and generics at the right time, 1.5-2 years ago :)

That city-state name? but it was 3 years ago, that's a pretty long time in domaining :)

Maybe for 10K$ yes, was a very quick sale... too quick... he asked for BIN, the others buyers were bidding slowly to try to make a bargain and then after the BIN everyone asked me why was so cheap... some of them told me they were able to bid really a lot more than that price... was a .biz domain in french, so anyway i'm happy of the deal :)
