Yes. Use Escrow. If you don't, you might get "Escrewed".

I have used escrow services for domains I bought from a Russian owner. It took us a while (10-14 days) to complete the process, but I think it is best for both seller and buyer, especially if you have to trade across borders. You can split the escrow fees 50:50 or ask the buyer to pay 100%, if he or she is willing. Save you all the worries!
