)Hello All,

I'm looking for five-figures for almost all names.
Anything that is below $5000.00 will be deleted, as that is completely disregarding my request by half.

Additionally stats will not be given. Albeit names like CityofDetroit.com make $15 a day. Among many others, I have nothing to hide except impressive ppc results. However I do not work on the forum standard, created/leaned on by the 'buyers' of the forum- to commit to sales prices via 'ppc revenue' (for their own personal gain / ROI)

Why? The majority of my domains (sites) become this:
www.diecast.com
www.beach.com
www.pimpmypage.com
(although not generic as the above, heres an example using numbers.
The difference, I find, between that of ppc and development. PPC = $20 a day. Developed = $150 a day)

Hope I proved my point. Sorry for the long diatribe, without further delay:
(Sorry)

Thank you sir for the kind words.

Also while here- forgot a name to add to the list:CarLots.com

I'm thinking National CarLot Directory.

Car lots pay for monthly inclusion & additional site features that allow them to sell via the site. While Free Lots are more a resource to be found via the address we list. Paid lots can have a 25-50 car maximum, allow xx images from their lot, etc special features distinquishing them from normal car lots- of which only include a "Yellowpages.com"-esque "Carlot Name, Location, Address, Phone Number, Types of cars, Brief discription". Whereas Premier paying lots can add an avatar for their lot, as well as images for all cars within their lot.

Also feature a search module whereas one enters his Zip code or State & the amount of Miles from his local Car lot. Paying/Premier car lots will be featured in a different color BG, prominently located towards the top of the car display. etc etc You get the idea, but a great Car search engine, whereas the visitor isn't relegated to "New cars" "Vehix, etc" site. But rather "Billy Bobs Trucks" etc can now be included in the mix & those visitors of which, who are on tight budgets.

Full idea, explained, will work. Charge monthly, with 10,000's of car lots out there--- good shot to have many paying clients, if only to be the top 'Car Lot' of their state when a user searches said area.

Just a thought/good idea (imo) for any prospective buyer.
Of which I had, but not enough time. Perhaps in the future if no one bites.

Cheers again to Doc Com!

Here are stats for Skateshop.com for one-year:
TOTAL 113,808 96,277 $110.95 84.60% $0.13 $12,626.94

No one is hiding anything. My eyes have just been opened for over a decade (started as a developer). So when I can spend 6 months developing Beach. com, while it still requires 6-10 more months for Orbitz-esque perfection/site of high value, Alexa <1000 potential, and adding more features/programming.

If I can bare with the above- I surely can, and do - daily, develop my names to their fullest potential.

So take the Skateshop stats and enjoy. But I'm not giving stats for all, meanwhile there are 5+ up there that outdo Skateshop's income.

As said in the 87.com thread, I cannot let a non-transparent, discretionary 'Google feed %", in turn discretionary "my account %, thereafter the ppc takes their suitable %" to deem what a name is worth.

I have some incredible e-commerce domains. I hope to show you them all!
It's 10 in total, and a $1000 domain turned into a $xx,xxx (niche) advertising network.

Im familiar with $10/day ppc domains being spontaneously developed- and suddenly seeing $100+ days with said development. This is common fact, development is best (for develop-ready names obviously some names PPC only), especially in this PPC climate. I'd need a dunce hat to sell on ppc level.

Put in perspective I own DJs.com - It makes $15-$20 daily PPC.
If I were to sell on the basis of ppc on 8 YEARS REVENUE, I'd receive $44k.
And we all know everyone offers 2-3 yrs (24-36 month) ppc offers.
Meanwhile the 8-year figure doesn't interest me, as the social network I create on it- will receive & exceed the $44k amount in 1+ yr. While still OWNING the domain.

Getting my drift? No trying to preach to the choir, but 90% of messages involve stats.

It's not important as the vision of development that immediately appears in your mind when hearing the name for the first time. Us sellers, need to revert back to a domain is worth what a seller will pay/buyer's lowest amount he's willing to sacrifice the name for. Not this more 'sophisticated' Estibot appraisal of a name (PPC revenue * xx months formula).

Thank you all, regardless. I wish you all continued success in your domain hunting!
