That was expected since Ebay owns Skype.

God exists ! I would wish WIPO to no-one...except this "human garbage"... Hope he loose, so he can not cheat more people. All his other domains he owns is afaik rubbish, unsuitable for cheating....

There is the quesiton, that the domain was registered before skype.com existed. But I am sure, the Ebay guys was collecting prooves, that he use the domain in bad faith. For example he created pages which looked very much like skype.com Also he was selling this domain on Ebay and anywhere else, openly claiming it is typo of skype.com

He won the case

Which makes me on one hand happy, as the common sense won - there can not be "bad faith" if one registered a domain even before the owner of recent TM did.

On the other hand it makes me unhappy, becausee this scum will use it for further fraud. Sofar I know he frauded me and buydomains, probably more people which we do not know of. And he will scam more...

Thanks Denny for posting the emails.
we should learn from our mistakes but life is too short to commit all sorts of mistakes so its better to learn from other's mistakes as well.
many lessons learnt from that email.
cheers
