Since I installed the new version of this software few days ago, it appears to be unable to connect to the server so it can't start.

Anyone else is having my same problem ?
I contacted their support service by email but still no news from their part, who represents their company here in the forum, please ?

I do of course :D

The problem has not been reported by anyone else, but
I'm trying my best to figure it out.

If I won't be able to fix it, I'll just disable the key processing
on yours.

Did you properly uninstall the previous version before installing
2.1?

Thanks!

Yes, I've uninstalled the previous version (2.0) and installed the new 2.1 but now that you're talking about this, I tried to connect again to see exactly what happened and here's the message I get:

---
Domain Retriever
Version 2.0
Authenticating with Ultra Servers
---

Within a couple of days I'll have to format our main hard disk for other reasons and, as alternative, I could try to install it again if you can't figure the origin of the problem.

I've figured the problem out.

On some machines (so far only yours), if the primary server
authentication was not successful, it crashes.

I'm moving the entire DR website and user files to a new
server where we're never going to have these problems
again.

The move started a few minutes ago but it may take up
to 48 hours for the domain to propagate to the new nameservers.

Thanks,
Luc L.

I had the same problem, but I was using an old PC; p2, 350 mhz, 64 mb. I just purchased a new PC and reinstalled everything and it worked with no problems.

Yes. It's most likely a configuration conflict on your machine.

All the servers are online and 100% functional so there
should be no more errors.

Thanks,
Luc L.
