Hi Don, currently this isn't an option.

This is a great feature, especially as displays real eyeballs and proves that DNF is back in action!

@Biggie yes privacy is a little bit of a concern, but there is no option to turn it off as of now.

Maybe we will find a way to show counts without showing name or something if someone is skeptical about this feature

it's not great and doesn't prove anything.
the "Members Online" section on upper right of screen, shows who and how many members/guests are on the forum

the number of posts from different members in a thread, indicates activity.

some people may choose to be anonymous and addon's like this could keep them from returning.

leave well enough alone.
if it ain't broke, don't fix it
