Playing devils advocate by the eNom example, I realize it must be mind numbing for all the " virtual bounced cheque " scenarios plaguing them. However, this same example also implies that the second bidder also risks the chance to be painted with the same "schill brush" through no fault of there own. It's one of many reasons my own participation in the drops has decreased dramatically.
Even ethically playing by the rules, could still mean being cast in an unfavourable shadow.
