Hi, I was wondering... if SnapNames allows people to "buy in" for an auction on a soon to expire domain... what happens if the person renews their domain on the last day and the domain had many people waiting to bid on it and that had already bought in?

Do they get their money back? Why does SnapNames model work like this?

Also, has their ever been a case of an auction going active and the original registrant renewing their name and keeping it?

Please advise.

When the auction has started the previous owner has already lost his domain.
The auction starts as i think 3 days after the domain isn't renewed by the owner (the last renew chanse of the owner)
If the owner wants his domain back in the last few days it has to pay a fine as what i heard.
