Hi,
I caught a domain.
I sold the domain to a company x.
Company x failed to renew the domain and the domain dropped again.
I caught it again.
Company says they want the domain back.
I ask for money.
They file a UDRP.

Anyone heard of a similar case?
Anyone has any advice?
Thanks a lot.

They chose to let the name expire..I do not see any grounds for a UDRP, esp given the history here with the past sale/purchase (make sure you have records of such)

Email them and tell them you are going to put the domain up for sale. They have the chance to buy it now before it goes to the public. Dirty way of doing it but had they payed attention to it you wouldn't have gotten it. If they don't want to buy it wish them luck and post it on here.

Although if they lost it due to Registe*fly then there could be some problems with it. I lost over 80 domains with them and still working on getting them back.

Good Luck with your sale

This is a good way to demonstrate 'bad faith' when the case hits UDRP. Don't do it.

They feel cheated because in the old-school trading world they were sold something that somehow returned to your possession. They stand little chance of recovering it via a UDRP unless they own a TM for it.

And that's the first crux on the complainant.

It's happened a couple of times, dvdrip. Aside from whether the other party
has a TM or not, next question is what's the domain name currently showing
if anything.

After that, it's anyone's guess.
